Approaches and Methods

In therapy you can expect to feel safe, respected and supported.  At the same time, you can expect to feel challenged to move beyond your “comfort zone” because it is this authentic experience of deep feelings that ultimately heal and grow us.

Our work together will be a collaboration, where not only your problems come to light, but also your strengths.

My training and experience allow me to use a wide range of therapeutic techniques.  My work is not technique-driven.  The approaches used will depend on your individual needs, my professional judgment and a respect for your preferences.
